Super Guru courses will give you a range of knowledge on various Kronos/UKG tools, such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and sooooo much more! Each Course is associated with a skill level to provide training to both new and advanced users. Each class within a course will include 2-3 hours of video content, downloadable resources, and optional quizzes that allow Super Guru students to test their comprehension. By purchasing a Course, you will also gain daily access to the Super Guru community, monthly live sessions, additional bonus content, and the option to purchase 1-1 work sessions with an Improv consultant.

In Course I, Foundations, there's no need for students to practice specific tasks or configurations. In Courses II and III, however, students will have hands-on learning options.

Instructor access is an important part of your Super Guru learning path. Absolutely. Super Guru Courses will give you skills to confidently apply for positions looking for a Kronos Administrator. Courses will provide the details of operating Kronos software, but we will also discuss current releases, features, and user tips to give valuable insight into the industry.

In this online forum, you can ask questions and get solutions from other students and Improv Application Consultants. Discussion topics can include Super Guru Class content or any other UKG platform question you may be dealing with.

Outside of computer access to the course, we recommend your preferred method of note-taking. For students with access to UKG Workforce Central, you may want quick access to your DEV environment to follow along or even try some of the navigation paths and configurations your instructor explains.

Yes! Every class includes the option to display closed captioning. To turn on closed captioning, click the 'CC' button at the lower right corner of the video display. To turn off closed captioning, deselect the 'CC' button.

You will receive a confirmation email once payment is received with instructions on getting started and an orientation video to prepare you for the Class. After you have accessed the training site, getting started in the Class is simple; optional quizzes and downloadable resources are available within each class module. Once you are ready, we will guide you the whole way!

Super Guru Classes are entirely on-demand, meaning that you can take each Class at your own pace.

The first course is comprised of four classes. Each Class has its own complexity and hours attached. The full course contains 7 hours of instruction time. Technically, you could finish in one day. However, if you aren't rushed, we recommend full comprehension that you take your time and complete the course over a 1-2 week period. Be sure to take the quizzes at the end of each section to understand the information.

Everyone learns differently. Need a break? No problem! You can pause and resume the Classes whenever you like.

Improv offers several different payment methods for Super Guru Courses, including Stripe and standard invoicing. If you have worked with our team before or are a current client, we can apply unused project hours to Super Guru training hours.

You will have access to your Super Guru Class content for up to three years after you complete the course. This means you have a go-to resource to add to your professional library. At this time, only one user can access each Class registration. In addition to the Class, you will have access to downloadable resources and Job Aides.

We're glad you asked! Seeking approval can be a tricky task, but there are five basic steps that we recommend to secure approval and get started on your UKG Training journey.

1. Establish a link to business needs. Continually focus on establishing the link between your request and the organization's business need. To do this, clearly define the problem you will be able to solve. Example: Gaining foundational UKG knowledge will improve your productivity.
2. Understand budgeting building blocks. Demonstrate that you understand where the budget for your Training will come from. Is it your cost center? A capital expense? Figure out how you will be able to cost-justify where the funding will originate.
3. Seek approval from stakeholders. Build a business case and stand by it. Pro tip: don't get too in the weeds with technical verbiage; keep it high level and action-oriented because you are worth the investment!
4. Calculate ROI. Ultimately, every request will come down to dollars. When presenting your business case, include a breakeven analysis or payback period. Decide what method would persuade your stakeholders and adjust your request accordingly.
5. Think strategically. Always keep in mind how UKG Training ties into the overall business strategy. Demonstrate how gaining tangible UKG skills will directly play a part in meeting timely and strategic business goals.

Super Guru training is not intended to replace your UKG training. However, it does provide a training option. Super Guru classes are bite-sized, and topics target the common tasks of frontline WFC Admins and Managers. It's been referred to as the Reader's Digest version of UKG training.

While Improv's Super Guru Courses are not part of an industry certification program, we offer skills-based courses taught by experts in the workforce management field. Every paid, completed course features a Certificate of Completion (with stated Course Name & Hours) to document your accomplishment. A completed certificate is an excellent item to present to a manager, include on a resume, or add to a LinkedIn profile.

Our next Super Guru Couse will be Phase II: Workforce Central, Intermediate Training, slated to release in July 2021. Shortly thereafter, we are slated to release Phase I: Foundations of UKG Dimensions in August of 2021.
