Course I: Mastering the Foundations of WFC is an introduction to Workforce Central
It provides the critical framework required to work efficiently and, ultimately, master WFC. The Course is comprised of four classes that, together, clearly explain the WFC environment, its various workspaces, key features and functionality, and common ways to troubleshoot everyday issues.
Who should take this Course?
Mastering the Foundations of WFC is designed for new and intermediate-level frontline WFC Admins and Managers. If you're often waiting for Support Desk help or tend to create manual workarounds rather than automate a task, this class is for you. If you never received proper WFC training and have skills gaps, this class will give you the clarity and confidence you need to immeditately improve your workflow.

WFC Foundations Summary
Mastering the Foundations of WFC includes four classes, 50+ videos, job aids, a user community, and seven hours of video instruction. Class one guides you through the WFC environment and explains its Workspaces and basic functionality such as working with HyperFinds, Genies, and Widgets. Class 2 provides an overview of Timecards and Schedule Planner and various ways to troubleshoot common Timekeeping issues. Class 3 brings clarity to the often-confusing topic of WFC Profiles; which Profile gives different users various access/views within the system. Class 4 methodically walks you through the building blocks critical to optimizing Pay Rules and Work Rules in WFC.
